Investment firm in Coconut Grove, Miami is looking for an energetic and positive receptionist to join our team. The candidate should be self-motivated, a team player and well-polished.


Responsibilities

· Answer incoming calls in a courteous manner

· Greet guests for meetings, offer beverages and straighten up conference rooms after meetings

· Maintain office calendar for in office meetings/conference calls

· Order supplies for the office and keep organized

· Open/distribute incoming mail/send outgoing mail, including FedEx/DHL/UPS packages

· Maintain kitchen area, including ordering supplies, stocking and keeping neat

· Order lunches for employees two days/week & breakfast/lunch for in office guests on occasion


Send/receive faxes

· Maintain periodical subscriptions for individuals in the office

· Print/bind marketing materials for in office meetings and to be shipped to external meetings when requested

· Connect video conference calls as needed

· Additional administrative tasks to support the office as needed

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Must speak English and Spanish

· Strong Microsoft Office skills

· Able to multi-task and work under pressure

· Able to work both independently and with others

· Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to follow-up well

· Strong attention to detail


Previous experience as a receptionist or in retail industry required
