Office admin Assistance/ Health care administrator to work in our PEDIATRIC THERAPY OFFICE in the Miami-FIU area. We are looking for someone with: Great telephone and verbal communication skills.

(Must speak/understand Spanish) Strong interpersonal skills and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Detail Oriented person

Fast Learner

Proven track record of strong management and organizational skills.

Ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff. Ability to handle pressure and multitask. Consistently prompt and reliable. Microsoft office skills at intermediate or above (experience in Excel and Access a PLUS)

Past a 2 level background check

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Health Administration, or a related field preferred

Tasks: Keep medical records/charts following privacy guidelines Backing up operations in front office, including assisting with scheduling Participate in special projects (marketing/presentations/others) Various administrative duties based on business needs, including but not limited to: handling incoming office calls, filing paperwork, ordering office supplies, etc.

Assist to Manage day-to-day operations.

In addition:

Manage performance of employees at all levels of the enterprise

Promote efficient procedures in the all aspects of operations

Create cost effective strategies

Develop, improve, or maintain operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being

Contribute towards the achievement of companys strategic and operational objective as detailed in Budget

Maintain all forms of relevant compliance

Perform quality controls and monitor production

Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources

Cater to clients or personnels concerns

Strong attention to detail

Maintains open communications with other personnel and administrators for effective coordination of services. Adheres to strict security and privacy guidelines Highly developed standard of professionalism, including presentation and time management.
