Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant with over 3 years of experience with a strong history of managing multiple simultaneous demands in a deadline driven environment. A candidate that is able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Assist department head with special projects, organize meetings and conferences.
• Compose, type edit and proofread correspondences, reports, letters and / or other document.
• Plan and organize the activities of the department head to ensure sufficient and effective work flow.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Provide clerical support, schedule and maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements and handle day to day public relations.
• Maintain file records for the department head.

• ​3 years of Administrative Assistant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
